Tbilisi, Sighnaghi, Kvareli, Telavi

DAY 1: Arrive in Tbilisi
Arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, transfer to hotel.
Overnight: Tbilisi
DAY 2: Tbilisi - David Gareji - Sighnaghi
After breakfast, drive to Kakheti, the cradle of wine. Here you will visit the David Gareji monastery founded by David Gareji, one of the thirteen Assyrian monks, who moved in Georgia in 6th century AD. It is characterized by a unique combination of unique architectural complexes, archaeological sites from prehistoric times, rich paleontological fields and important biogeographic features. Then we will drive to "The Town of Love" - Sighnaghi. Around Signaghi we will visit local farmers wineries.

Day 3: Sighnaghi – Gurjaani – Telavi
After breakfast, drive to Gurjaani. It`s time to meet and enjoy some magnificent scenery along the way. Visit the unique double-domed cathedral of Gurjaani. In Gurjaani we will taste red wine, Chacha, Shoti (local bread), Georgian cheese, fruit and many more. Finally visit one of Georgia`s most famous wineries "Teliany Valley".

Day 4: Around Telavi
After breakfast, drive to Alaverdi Cathedral, Ikalto College, Shumi winery (tasting 3 wines). Then visit one of the most famous winery Telavi Wine Cellar. Then drive to farmer`s winery restaurant. Enjoy dinner, participate in making traditional bread, Mtsvadi (barbecue), Churchkhela, Khinkali master class, so then you will be able to cook traditional dishes by yourself.

Day 5: Telavi – Lopota – Napareuli
After breakfast, drive to Lopota Lake. Visit a winery and taste red and white wines made in the traditional way. After that enjoy free time while fishing on the lake. Finally, arrive at the Napareuli countryside to taste the red wine brewed in the traditional way.
Overnight: Napareuli
Day 6: Napareuli – Kvareli – Tsinandali – Tbilisi
After breakfast, drive to Kvareli. First visit Lake Kvareli, and then visit the unique "Tunnel winery" dug in the Caucasus Mountains. The temperature is 10-12 degrees all year round, and the length is 7.7 kilometers. Then arrive at the Tsinandali House Museum, where you can enjoy the magnificent botanical garden and winery.

Day 7: Tbilisi day tour
After breakfast, you can take part in a master class at the Georgian Culinary Institute. You can learn 3-4 famous national traditional dishes by yourself. After lunch, start your tour of Tbilisi, visit: Holy Trinity Cathedral, Narikala Fortress, Metesi Cathedral, Turkish Mosque, Armenian Apostolic Church and many more. Learn about the diversity of Tbilisi culture.
Host a farewell dinner at the National Restaurant.

Day 8: Departure
Enjoy breakfast, depart from the hotel, go to Tbilisi International Airport, take the flight back, and end the happy trip
